2011 Spark Grant Update

Whitter students have completed their beautiful collagraph prints!

Stacy Ziegler received a $1,000 Spark Grant to teach Whitter Elementary students a unique printmaking technique called collagraph. Collaborating with ArtSplot Studio, the students enhanced organic materials like leaves and string with color then mounted the material to paperboard.

The students took field trips to the ArtSplot Studio to see their prints run and hand pulled.
